The problem

Your DMS export wasn’t written for Google.

Every channel wants its own columns, its own words and its own rules. Hand-fixing spreadsheets doesn’t scale past one rooftop — and a single bad row can get a whole feed rejected, taking your cars off the market until someone notices.

new_used = "U" condition = "used"
Codes only your DMS understands

Value maps translate N / U / C into new, used and certified — built from the values actually in your file.

Zero prices and HTML descriptions

Fall back to internet price or MSRP, strip HTML and cap length with output rules — no formulas required.

VIN listed twice Unique by VIN
Duplicates and broken VINs

Health checks flag malformed and duplicate VINs before you publish, and de-duplication keeps channels happy.

A week on the lot

Same inventory. A very different week.

Flip the switch to see what changes when feeds build, check and price themselves.

Without Mi Auto SyncWith Mi Auto Sync
MON

Nothing to do. Every feed rebuilt itself overnight from the latest export.

TUE

The health check flagged the blanks before publishing; a price fallback fixed all 31.

WED

The aging rule already took them down, within your margin floor, on every channel at once.

THU

Walk the lot with a phone. Photos are in every feed on the next pull.

FRI

Open the delivery log: every pull, every channel, rows and timing.

See it work

One messy export in. Exactly what each channel wants out.

This is Mi Auto Sync’s real engine running in your browser. Pick a channel and a format — the same sample export becomes three different feeds, filtered, de-duplicated and health-checked.

How it works

From DMS file to live feed, without a developer.

STEP 01
Connect

Paste the URL of each rooftop’s inventory export. Mi Auto Sync reads it server-side, detects the columns and re-reads it every night.

STEP 02
Shape

Start from a channel template. Map columns, translate codes, set new and used pricing rules and choose which vehicles each channel gets — with live results on real inventory.

STEP 03
Publish

Give the channel one URL, or let Mi Auto Sync upload the file to its FTP or SFTP server on a schedule. Either way it’s today’s lot in CSV, TSV, JSON or XML, health-checked, with every delivery logged.

Channels

A ready-made template for every place buyers shop.

Each channel wants different columns, words and rules. Start from a template that already knows them, then adjust anything you like.

Google Vehicle Ads

A Google Vehicle Ads feed that doesn’t get disapproved

Vehicle ads put your actual cars — photo, price, mileage — at the top of Google search. They only run if your Merchant Center feed is complete and correct for every vehicle. Mi Auto Sync builds that feed from the export your DMS already produces, checks it before Google sees it, and rebuilds it every day.

Pricing

Set your prices once. Every channel agrees.

Build a pricing policy for new and one for used. Mi Auto Sync prices every vehicle on the lot each time a channel pulls its feed.

  • Rules in plain terms
Discounts by make, model, mileage or days in stock, with start and end dates. Stack them, take the first match or give the best price.
  • Aged stock marks itself down
Take a little more off every couple of weeks, up to a cap you choose.
  • Limits that protect your margin
Never below invoice plus your margin, never above MSRP, rounded to prices that end in 95.
  • Manual prices when you need them
Pin a manager’s special or hide a price for one vehicle, with an end date. Paste a whole list from a spreadsheet.
  • Fees and incentives, disclosed
Build dealer fees into an all-in price or list them on top, take manufacturer rebates off by make and model, and publish a plain-English disclosure with every price.
  • See it before it ships
Every vehicle priced on your real inventory, with the step-by-step reason for each price.

Under the hood

Every price is built the same way, in the same order.

Eight steps, run for every vehicle each time a channel pulls its feed. Nothing is copied into the DMS and nothing goes stale: change a rule and the next pull carries the new price.

  1. 01
    Manual price

A price pinned to a VIN or stock number wins outright, until its end date.

  2. 02
    Starting price

The first positive value among the columns you choose — internet price, then list, then MSRP.

  3. 03
    Rules

Every live rule that matches the vehicle, stacked, first match only, or best price.

  4. 04
    Aging

A markdown that grows with days in stock, up to a cap.

  5. 05
    Guardrails

The ceiling, then the floor, keep the price inside the limits you set.

  6. 06
    Rounding

Tidy it to a price that ends the way you like — never back under the floor.

  7. 07
    Visibility

No usable price, or one below your threshold, shows your call-for-price text.

  8. 08
    Incentives & fees

Manufacturer rebates come off, fees you build in go on, and the rest is disclosed beside the price.

Rule strategy

Decide how rules combine.

When more than one rule matches a vehicle, you choose what happens — per condition, so used can stack while new takes the best offer.

  • Stack. Every matching rule applies, top to bottom. Mark a rule “stop here” to end the list early.
  • First match. Only the first matching rule applies. Order the list from most to least specific.
  • Best price. Each matching rule is tried on the starting price, and the lowest result wins.

Anatomy of a rule

Who it applies to, and what it does.

Rules read like the way your desk talks about the lot: used trucks over 60 days, certified Hondas, anything with more than 40,000 miles.

When it applies
Target any slice of the lot.

Up to 20 conditions per rule, matched all together or any one of them, against your own columns and the values the engine works out.

MakeModelTrimYearBody styleMileageDays in stockStarting priceMSRPCostAny column in your export
equalsis one ofcontainsgreater thanat mostis blankmatches pattern
  • Start and end dates. Run a month-end event or a holiday sale and it switches itself on and off. The editor shows each rule as live, scheduled or ended.
  • Shopper-facing labels. Give a rule a label like “Spring savings event” and feeds can print it beside the price.
  • Separate new and used. Each condition keeps its own rules — up to 100 each — its own guardrails and its own rounding.
What it does
Eight ways to move a price.

Relative rules adjust the price so far; the rest set it outright from a number, a column, cost or MSRP.

  • −3%A percentage off (or on) the price so far.
  • −$1,000A dollar amount off (or on) the price so far.
  • Set to $19,995A set price for everything the rule matches.
  • Use special_priceAny price column in your export, when it has a value.
  • Cost + 8%True cost (invoice, recon and pack) plus a margin percentage.
  • Cost + $1,500Invoice or cost plus a fixed gross.
  • MSRP − 5%A percentage under sticker, for new units.
  • −$75 per 1,000 miles over 30,000An amount per mile, day or year beyond a benchmark.

Aging markdowns

Aged units move without anyone remembering to move them.

Pick the day markdowns start, how often they step, how much each step takes and the most they can take in total — as a percentage or a dollar amount. The chart runs the real engine.

Days in stock come from your export — a stock-in date or a day count — so the schedule moves on its own every night. The floor still wins, so a markdown never takes a unit below the margin you set.

Guardrails

Limits no rule can break.

Set them once per condition. They apply after every rule and markdown, so a stack of discounts can never publish a price you didn’t mean.

Floor

The lowest any rule or markdown can go.

  • A fixed dollar amount
  • Cost + a dollar margin
  • Cost + a percentage
  • MSRP − a percentage
Ceiling

The highest a price can publish at.

  • Never above MSRP
  • Never above the starting price
  • Never above a fixed amount
Rounding

Nearest, always down or always up.

  • To any increment — $10, $100, $500
  • With an ending like 95 or 88
  • Never rounds back under the floor
Call for price

Your wording, in place of a bad number.

  • When there’s no usable price
  • When a price falls below a threshold
  • For single vehicles, by hand
Manual prices
When a manager says “this one’s $27,495.”

Pin a price or hide it for any vehicle by VIN or stock number. It beats every rule, carries a note for the team, and can end on a date so a special never outlives the weekend.

  • • Paste a whole list from a spreadsheet — comma- or tab-separated
  • • Write “call” as the price to show call-for-price instead
  • • Up to 5,000 manual prices per dealership

Fees & incentives

An all-in price, with the fine print written for you.

Add your dealer fees and the manufacturer’s incentives once. Every price shows exactly what’s in it — and what isn’t — in words a shopper can read.

  • Fees, in or on top. Build a documentation fee into the advertised price where all-in pricing laws require it, or disclose it on top everywhere else.
  • Incentives by make, model and date. Bonus cash comes off the price every buyer sees; military and loyalty offers are listed as “you may also qualify”.
  • Your margin stays honest. Gross and the floor are measured before incentives and fees: the manufacturer pays the incentive, and a fee isn’t part of what the car sold for.

In every feed

More than a price.

The engine adds a set of pricing fields to every vehicle. Map them into any channel or column: savings for a strike-through price, labels for an event banner, the display price for text-only listings.

The same fields drive window stickers, addenda, hang tags and key tags, so the price on the glass is the one online.

Stickers, tags & Buyers Guides

The price on the glass matches the price online.

Print window stickers, addenda, mirror hang tags, key tags and FTC Buyers Guides for any vehicle on the lot, straight from the inventory Mi Auto Sync already reads — at the price your feeds publish.

  • Stickers that sell the car
Your price, MSRP and savings, dealer-installed additions, incentives and fees with their disclosure, specs, MPG, features and a QR code to the vehicle’s page.
  • Addenda, hang tags and key tags
A dealer addendum beside the Monroney, a mirror hang tag for the front row, and key tags for the key box — all from the same data.
  • Buyers Guides done right
The FTC Used Car Rule form: As Is or Implied Warranties Only, full or limited dealer warranties, non-dealer warranties and service contracts.
  • Set once, change per vehicle
Dealership defaults for every guide, with different terms on any car, and your name, accent colour and disclaimer on every sticker.
  • Print the whole lot at once
Filter new or used, tick vehicles and print up to 250 in one job straight from the browser. Nothing to install.

  • VIN check-digit validation built in

Each time someone saves a feed, Mi Auto Sync keeps that version with who saved it and what changed, in plain words. If a Friday edit breaks Monday’s listings, compare any version with what’s live and restore it in one click. The feed URL, and whether it’s live or paused, stay exactly as they are.

Pricing rules

One pricing policy for new and one for used, with aging markdowns, a margin floor, rounding and manual prices. Every channel gets the same price.

Custom fields

Define best price, condition or a clean title once. Use it in every column, filter and formula — rename it and every reference follows.

Value maps

Translate codes through a table with exact, contains, starts-with or pattern matching, built from the values in your file.

Vehicle filters

Decide which vehicles each channel sees, on any column or custom field, with live match counts.

Feed health

A score for every feed: blank required fields, bad or duplicate VINs, zero prices and broken formulas.

FTP & SFTP delivery

For channels that collect from a server: Mi Auto Sync uploads the file on your schedule, safely renamed into place, with a test button and plain-English errors.

Delivery analytics

Every pull and every push recorded — rows, size, build time, failures — with trends across all feeds.

Pause and draft

Pause a feed without losing the listing, or keep it in draft until it’s ready.

Version history

Every save kept with who made it and what changed. Compare any version with what’s live and restore it in one click.

Templates

Save a feed’s columns, filters and custom fields and roll the setup out to every rooftop.

Duplicate feeds

Copy a feed to the same rooftop or another one as a draft with its own URL, ready to adjust.

Users and roles

Admins manage everything; dealership users get only their rooftops. Disable anyone instantly.
